Background: MBPP is used for evaluating fetal health and predicting outcomes, which can help to minimize perinatal morbidity death. It combines the non-stress test, an indicator of acute hypoxia, with AFI, second persistent problems. Each patient has a test ultrasonic examination liquor volume. A that reactive will reveal healthy fetus. Hence, attempt been made study in high-risk pregnancies outcome. Methods: Hospital-based prospective clinical on 200 pregnant women more than 37weeks gestation are screened using modified biophysical profile. High-risk factors include Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, IUGR, Post-term pregnancy, Oligohydramnios, PROM, Anemia. The was conducted department obstetrics gynaecology, Narayana medical college hospital, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Results: In present study, total patients, 76.0% had both (NST, AFI) normal, 5.0% abnormal, 10.0% Normal NST abnormal 9.0% NST, normal AFI. individual association between AFI neonatal outcomes ie., APGAR at 1 min 5min have studied found be statistically significant.
